The Induction Program (IP) launched by CTL is developed for new teaching staff members, including teaching support staff. The aim of this Program is to help new colleagues get familiar with outcomes-based teaching and learning, strategies for digital learning and teaching, pedagogical knowledge, and teaching support at UIC.
With the joint effort from Centre for Holistic Teaching and Learning, HKBU, the 2023-2024 Induction Program workshops will be conducted between 6-8 September 2023. The veterans are also welcome. Registration in advance is highly appreciated for our better preparation.
Certificate will be provided to new staff upon completion of the program.
