UIC teachers won the Guangdong Teaching Innovation Contest for College Teachers
Recently, the winners of Guangdong sub-contest of the Third National Teaching Innovation Contest for College Teachers and Guangdong Teaching Innovation Contest for College Teachers were announced. The team of Dr. Deng Yuhui, Assistant Dean for Students and External Affairs, Faculty of Science and Technology won the Third Prize of the vice-senior group in the Foundation Course track, and Dr. Jiang Wei, Executive Dean of the School of Culture and Creativity, won the Merit Prize of the vice-senior group in the New Liberal Arts track.

UIC awarded 2 provincial model projects for Curriculum Ideological and Political Reform
Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education announced the list of the 2022 Undergraduate University Curriculum Ideological and Political Reform Demonstration Projects. UIC was accredited with two model projects on Curriculum Ideological and Political Reform, namely "Big Data Analytics" presented by Dr. Luo Zongwei, Associate Head of the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, and "Business Statistics" presented by Dr. Peng Xiaoling, Associate Professor from the Faculty of Science and Technology.
