Abstract: 本次活动将采用讲座和工作坊的方式,系统介绍如何通过翻转课堂和混合式教学实现信息技术与教育教学的深度融合,重构传统课堂教学方式,提升课堂教学水平。首先,从理论上介绍翻转课堂与混合式教学的政策与历史、理念与优势、不足与挑战。其次,重点从实操上介绍并应用O-PIRTAS翻转课堂模式,通过工作坊带领学员进行一次翻转课堂教学设计,并进行交流和讨论。以帮助学员更加深刻地理解教学创新的内涵,找到自己的教学创新模式。

HEA Fellowship | Professional Standards Framework (PSF 2023)


The Higher Education Academy (HEA) is opening applications for fellowship for each of the four categories supported by the PSF 2023 on 3 April 2023. New guidance documents and templates is available from 1 March 2023.

HEA will continue to welcome applications made against PSF 2011 until 31 December 2023 for individuals already in the process of developing their application.

Note: All teaching and teaching support colleagues are encouraged to apply for HEA fellowship. In partnership with Advance HE, UIC will sponsor 50% of the HEA Fellowship application fees as a subscribing institution and the CTL and HRO will jointly reimburse the other 50% for colleagues who are awarded the fellowship.

Abstract:
In this workshop, after confirming the significance of the teaching portfolio, you will create a TP chart, which is a worksheet for guiding the reflection process, to become aware of your teaching philosophy by yourself. By reflecting on their daily teaching, you will clarify your own thoughts about how you want to be as a teacher and how you want your students to grow, and discover insights that will set objectives and lead to your better future.
