We are pleased to announce that the Meal-with-Your-Professor program (MYP), co-organized by the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) & Students Affairs Office (SAO), is launched during the reading week from April 2 to April 10 (see the attached).

The purpose of the MYP program is to provide you opportunities to have a conversation with your professor over the meal/coffee time. Take advantage of discussing career options, possible research opportunities, or general academic and life advice!

Guidelines:

 1. One (1) to three (3) students can invite one (1) professor (i.e., professor, associate professor, assistant professor, senior lecturer or lecturer) to meal/have coffee with them at the following campus locations: Faculty Club (贤贤居) and Chias Coffee (文创咖啡馆) between April 2-10. Students are responsible for inviting a professor and informing him/her the time and location. Each student could only participate in the MYP program one time during this period.

 2. The CTL will reimburse the meal expenses (A maximum of RMB 50 per person) for the student who pays for the meals. The reimbursement is subject to the evidence, including the payment receipt and a photo with the invited professor during the meal. Please fill in the questionnaire by scanning the OR code below no later than April 14 (Thursday). The qualified reimbursements will be notified via email later.

 3. All COVID-19 safety policies must be followed.

我们很高兴地宣布，由教师教学发展中心 (CTL) 和学生事务处 (SAO) 联合举办的“取贤于师，共享食光”项目 (Meal-with-Your-Professor, MYP) 将于 4 月 2 日至 4 月10日的阅读周期间举行（见上图）。

MYP 项目目的是让学生有机会与教授一起用餐或下午茶进行沟通交流，探讨职业规划、深造方向、学术研究及学习与生活所遇到困惑等等，取贤于师，启迪心智。

项目说明：

1. 一至三名学生可以在4月2日至10日期间邀请一名教授（包括教授、副教授、助理教授、高级讲师或讲师）在贤贤居或文创咖啡馆与他们一起用餐/喝咖啡。学生有责任邀请教授并告知他/她的时间和地点。在阅读周期间，学生仅可以享受MYP项目提供的一次报销机会。

2. CTL将为支付餐费的学生报销餐费（每人最高50元）。报销以证据为准，包括付款收据和用餐时与受邀教授的合影。请在 4 月 14 日（星期四）之前通过扫描海报中的二维码填写问卷。符合条件的报销将在稍后通过电子邮件通知。

3. 须严格遵守学校防疫政策。
