The tragedies at the Xiangzhou District Sports Center in Zhuhai and the attack at the Jiangsu Wuxi Institute have left us all deeply shocked and saddened. These incidents not only bring grief but also challenge our sense of safety and emotional balance. In these moments, we need to rely on each other more than ever, drawing on the power of warmth and care to face these challenges together.


As a member of this community, you may feel uneasy or struggle to calm your emotions. If your loved ones have been affected, the pain and concern are even greater. Please remember: you are not alone! We are always here to support you!.


Embracing Emotions and Protecting Your Well-being

It’s natural to feel shocked, angry, or sad in response to these distressing events. These emotions reflect our care for one another and the value we place on life. Be gentle with yourself—accept your feelings without suppressing or blaming yourself. Emotions, like waves, will rise and fall, but eventually they settle. Treat yourself with patience and kindness; this is the first step toward emotional recovery.


Caring for Yourself and Spreading Warmth

In such times, here are some small actions that can help restore balance and bring comfort to you and others:

Talk and Connect: Share your feelings openly with family and friends. Honest conversations help bring you closer and offer comfort that can lighten emotional burdens.

Stick to Healthy Routines: Keep a regular schedule and healthy habits. Even if you have trouble sleeping occasionally, try to maintain a steady rhythm to support your body and mind.

Enjoy Learning: Dive into the joy of learning. Discover new knowledge and explore the wonders of the universe. It enriches your mind and gives you strength and inspiration.

Embrace Nature: Exercise moderately and spend time outdoors. Let sunlight and fresh air rejuvenate your spirit.

Engage in Activities: Do meaningful and enjoyable things. Hobbies can be an effective way to reduce stress.

Avoid Harmful Coping Methods: Refrain from using substances like alcohol or tobacco to cope with emotions, as they may lead to further negative impacts.

At the same time, pay attention to those around you. A kind word or a patient ear might be the support they need most right now.

近日,珠海驾车伤人案件与江苏无锡学院持刀伤人事件的发生,深深触动了我们的心。这些不幸的突发事件不仅带来生命的伤痛,也对我们的内心带来激烈的冲击,不安、恐惧等负面情绪可能如激流涌出。此刻,我们比以往任何时候都更需要彼此的关怀与支持,用温暖的力量共同面对挑战。

作为这个社会的一员,你希望了解事情的因由,你渴望获得安慰以平复情绪。如果你的亲友受到了影响,内心的哀痛与担忧更是如铅沉重。在这样的时刻,请记住:你并不孤单,我们始终陪伴在你的身边。
