The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is seeking an undergraduate summer intern who is expected to work at least 28 hours a week starting from June 13 to August 19, 2022 with the possibility of renewal for the academic year 2022-2023 upon satisfactory performance.

Job Responsibilities:

The appointee will be required to:

1. Assist to operate CTL promotion platforms, including the CTL website, WeChat, etc;

2. Assist to coordinate activities, such as seminars, workshops, meetings, etc.;

3. Assist in all kinds of paperwork and handle related documents filing and database maintenance;

4. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Centre Director.

Qualifications:

1. Good command of both English and Chinese;

2. Proficient computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT, website maintenance), applicants with Microsoft Office Professional (MOS) certification would be preferred;

3. Experiences in creating visual design, photography, and video is preferred;

4. Strong communications and interpersonal skills;

5. Good problem-solving skills, being detailed-oriented at work;

6. Being Responsible, trustworthy and service minded.

Salary: RMB 20/hr
