Dr. Wenmeng He received her Ph.D. degree from the school of life science of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. He has also worked as a teaching assistant, part-time research assistant, and visiting scholar in the school of life science of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before going back to academics, Dr. He also has some work experience in Coca-cola and Golden Credibility companies and is engaged in the supply chain, quality control, and assurance, product development, project management, marketing, and nutrition areas.

Dr. He now serves as Assistant Professor at the Food Science and Technology Programme, Division of Science and Technology, Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU), Associate Fellow at the BNBU Joint Institute of Research Studies, as well as Deputy Director at the BNBU National Nutrition Instructor Training Base. Also, Dr. He is now a member of the Chinese Nutrition Society and Hong Kong Nutrition Association. In terms of social services, Dr. He serves as a reviewer for Food Chemistry, Food Research International, Journal of Food Science, Journal of Food Science and Technology.

何文猛助理教授毕业于香港中文大学生命科学学院，获得食品与营养科学博士学位。曾在香港中文大学生命科学学院担任助教、兼职研究助理和访问学者。同时具有可口可乐公司企业工作经验及香港金誉有限公司创业经验，主要从事供应链、质量控制和保证、产品开发、项目管理、营销和营养等领域工作。

何博士现担任 BNBU助理教授、联合研究所副研究员，以及BNBU国家营养师培训基地副主任, 中国注册营养师，中国营养学会及香港营养协会会员。担任Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Journal of Food Science、Journal of Food Science and Technology等期刊审稿人。
