Dr. Xu worked since 2005 as Lecturer, Researcher, Postdoc Researcher, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Guest Professor, Technical Director, and Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Xu has nearly 10 years of overseas R&D experience. Dr. Xu participated in research, development, and management of tens of international projects from industry and academics. My R&D expertise include artificial intelligence, algorithm analysis and design, data science, AIoT, medical imaging, 5G, IC design, and hardware/software co-design. Dr. Xu gave hundreds of speeches and training sessions in companies and research institutes from more than 20 countries. Dr. Xu taught more than 20 courses in English and Chinese. Dr. Xu supervised 10+ postgraduate students from University of Turku, Fudan University and Soochow University. Dr. Xu published more than 60 referred papers in international conferences and journals, authored/co-authored three books and book chapters, and granted/applied for 20+ patents. Until 2020, according to Google Scholar, the citation count of my papers is over 620, my h-index is 15, and i10-index is 19. Dr. Xu's research is awarded twice scholarships from the Nokia Foundation, one grant from the Tekniikan edistämissäätiö, and twice best-paper in international conferences. 许粲昊（Thomas Canhao XU）自2005年起任讲师、研究员、博士后、助理教授、副教授、客座教授、技术总监、首席技术官等职位。目前为江苏省科技厅、江西省科技厅、江苏省发改委专家库专家，JCR一区期刊副主编。拥有近10年海外研发经验，主持管理和参与研发的国内外企业、学术项目10余项。研发方向包括人工智能、算法设计、医学影像智联网、5G、软硬件联合设计等。在20多个国家和地区的科研机构和企业进行主题演讲、会议演讲和授课培训上百次。教授中英文课程20余门，学生来自芬兰、瑞典、德国、法国、牙买加等10余个国家。已经指导图尔库大学、复旦大学和苏州大学10余名硕士研究生。在国际会议和期刊发表论文60余篇，出版国内外专著及专著章节3本，获得及申请专利20余项。截止2020年，论文引用超过620次，h指数为15，i10指数为19。研发成果获得2次芬兰诺基亚奖，1次芬兰科技部奖，以及2次国际会议最佳论文。研发成果获得多次国内外媒体采访报道，更多信息可以直接在Google、百度等搜索引擎搜索“Thomas Canhao Xu”或者“许粲昊”，也可参考下列网站：
