We are happy to announce that our first event in the UIC Academic Drinks series will take place on Thursday 13 March at 4:00-6:00 pm!

The main goal of this event is to promote friendship and cooperation among faculty members working at different departments. If you have only recently joined UIC or if you have been with us for a while, it is a good chance to meet new friends or catch up with colleagues, and talk about your research and teaching experiences!

The event will feature brief 10-minutes presentations:

    Title: “Risk at the Centre: Exploring Public Reactions to Health Crises”

l Dr. Youssef EL HAOUSSINE, Assistant Professor, FBM

    Title: “Empowering Students to Write and Publish Business Case Studies”

Since this is an informal event, you are welcome to come at any time, and it is okay to be late! The research presentations will start around 4:30 pm.
