为深化育人实效，培育兼具综合素质与前瞻视野的优秀人才，我校教师教学发展中心我校教师教学发展中心于2025年设立了“CTL Spark Fund”师生共创项目。经公开征集、项目申报与专家评审，首批获资助项目名单现正式公布。

该项目以校训“博文雅志，真知笃行”为引领，致力于打造一个开放共享、协同互动的师生成长平台，探索“以研促教、以教促学、教学相长”的教育新范式，是学校推动教学创新、构建师生学习共同体的关键举措之一，旨在促进前沿创新成果与教学实践有机融合，持续优化教学品质与学习体验。

自项目启动以来，各学院踊跃响应，共收到29份申报提案。经教师教学发展中心组织专家评审，重点从教学创新性、实践可行性及成果转化潜力等方面进行综合评估，最终五个优秀项目脱颖而出，每个项目将获得人民币壹万元（RMB 10,000）的资助。

“CTL Spark Fund”师生共创项目是我校推动教学改革、构建学习共同体、培养未来创新型人才的重要举措。学校将持续支持此类师生协作项目，期待首批团队产出具有影响力的成果，为我校教育高质量发展注入新活力。

To further enhance educational effectiveness and cultivate outstanding talents with comprehensive competencies and forward-looking vision, the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at BNBU established the “CTL Spark Fund” Faculty-Student Co-Creation scheme in 2025. Following an open call, proposal submission, and a rigorous review process, CTL is pleased to announce the first cohort of funded projects (please refer to above table).

Guided by the university motto “In knowledge and in deeds, unto the whole person,” our scheme aims to establish an open, collaborative, and interactive platform for the growth of both faculty and students. It seeks to explore a new educational paradigm of “research-informed teaching, teaching-enhanced learning, and mutual growth between teaching and learning,” thereby fostering the deep integration of cutting-edge innovations into teaching practice and continuously improving instructional quality and learning experience.

Since its launch, our scheme has received an enthusiastic response from across the university, with a total of 29 project proposals submitted. Following a rigorous expert review organized by CTL, which comprehensively evaluated proposals based on their innovation in teaching, practical feasibility, and potential for educational impact, five outstanding projects have been selected for funding this year. Each awarded project will receive a grant of RMB 10,000.

Our “CTL Spark Fund” Faculty-Student Co-Creation scheme represents a significant initiative by BNBU to advance teaching reform, build vibrant learning communities, and nurture future-ready innovative talents. The university remains committed to supporting such collaborative faculty-student projects and looks forward to the influential outcomes—such as teaching cases, course resources, or innovative pedagogical practices—that these pioneering teams will produce, injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of education at BNBU.
